Weidenbach Ranch is a fourth generation ranch located in Central South Dakota. It is comprised of land that was homesteaded by the Weidenbach and Jensen Families. There are currently three generations living on the main ranch; Larry and Esther Weidenbach, Lawrence and Barb Weidenbach and their children - Kristina, Daniel, Michael and Colin.

Lawrence, Barb, Kris and her husband Blake Sweeter, Daniel, Michael and Colin currently handle the day-to-day ranching operations.

Weidenbach ranch has been a family owned and operated ranch since it was homesteaded in 1885. Larry and Esther ran commercial cattle and in the mid-1980s Lawrence and Barb joined the ranching operation and introduced registered Red Angus cattle into the herd. Through a building and selection process, the heard has expanded and focused on strong maternal qualities that complement both seedstock and commercial herds. Emphasis has been placed on selecting a high quality set of females and donor dams. Many of the embryos are implanted at the ranch to further improve and enhance our existing cow herd.
